To place a refund, return, or exchange request for an order placed with 2Checkout (now Verifone), you may contact us via email at support@2checkout.com, by phone at +31 88 000 0008, or through your 2Checkout myAccount.

Refund Requests

Refund, return, or exchange requests can be made up to 30 days from the date of placing the order. Extensions may be granted for special cases or products at the discretion of 2Checkout (now Verifone). Please provide your order number and reason for the request to expedite the process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 days, and we will notify you of the outcome via email.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order on the same day it was placed. However, if the order has already been shipped or delivered, we may not be able to approve the cancellation. For payments made by check or money order, you can cancel your order before making the payment. If payment is not received within 30 days, your order will be automatically canceled.

Product Returns

Some products have specific return conditions mentioned in the product terms. In case of discrepancies between this Refund Policy and the Product Terms, this Refund Policy will prevail. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to an error by 2Checkout (now Verifone).
